Work Permit Applications


Work Permits are issued in the Counseling & Student Support Services (CSSS) office, Room A103. Work Permits are job specific and are only issued upon securing a job. Please review below to determine which link should be used to view your Work Permit Application Packet.

Print and complete the appropriate application from options below.  Once you have a job, return the application along with a Letter of Intent, from your employer, to the Counseling department, Room A103.  They will issue you the Work Permit.

During the summer months the applications should be brought to Mrs. Lichaj.
