First Day of School: Monday, August 21
On this day, students in grades 10, 11 and 12 will attend school from 8:20 a.m. - 11:24 a.m., and students in grade 9 will attend school for their 9th Grade Orientation from 11 a.m. - 3:20 p.m.

Please note that there is no lunch service on the first day of school, but breakfast and snacks will be available for purchase.
Transportation Information
Read bus route information. In addition, every student and their primary guardians will receive a personalized email with their specific route information and First View security codes before school starts. Note: For 9th graders on the first day, your bus will arrive 3 hours later than the pick-up time listed on the schedule.
Student Schedules
Both parents and students can see a student’s full 2023-24 schedule on Home Access Center (HAC). View directions to access HAC.
When signed in to their district-issued Google account, students can see an enhanced and personalized one-page schedule.
Please note: If you cannot access HAC or your schedule, please call the main office at 630.795.8500. You may need to update residency or registration information before accessing your child’s schedule. Counselors will be available to respond to any questions you may have about your schedule beginning August 16.
Student Parking
Every car parked in our parking lots on days when school is in session requires a clearly displayed pre-approved parking tag. This will be strictly enforced beginning on the first day of
school and working in consultation with the Downers Grove Police Department; all cars parking in the lot starting Monday, August 21, without a clearly displayed parking tag, will be ticketed. Students with questions about their parking status can contact the Dean of Students, Dr. Heap, after August 16.
