Transcript & Diploma Requests

We cannot reproduce diplomas. Your transcript is legal proof of graduation.

The "Alumni" instructions are not intended for current students.

DGN Alumni

Transcripts for graduated students cannot be released upon the request of a parent according to FERPA.

1. Go to this link if you would like to order a transcript electronically through Parchment.

A credit card can be used to purchase a transcript through Parchment.

2. Go to this link for a PDF to order a transcript through the registrar's office.

There is no fee for an unofficial transcript and a $5 cash fee for an official transcript.

Please note if you are requesting an official transcript to be sent directly to you, you are required to upload a photo ID to the Parchment website.
 

DGN Current Students

Go to this link to request a transcript through the College and Career Center for scholarships, auto insurance, athletics and other misc reasons. 

Please DO NOT order through parchment.com.

 


Transfer Student Enrollment

THIS ENROLLMENT FORM IS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2024-2025


You are required to complete all questions on the form noted with an asterisk * and provide transfer documents as noted at the beginning of the application. It is the parent/guardian responsibility to collect transfer documents from the student’s previous school.

PLEASE CONTACT THE REGISTRAR AFTER ALL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN GATHERED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTS.  630-795-8425 OR BY EMAIL rschneider@csd99.org. IF ANYTHING IS MISSING, IT HALTS THE PROCESS.


In order for assessment testing and registration appointments to be scheduled,

all required documents must first be submitted to the registrar.

The Illinois Physical Examination Form can be found on the Health Services webpage.

Important Information Regarding Placement Assessment Testing

Students new to North High School may be required to take an English and Math Assessment Test prior to the registration appointment with his or her counselor. In the event that your student does not appear for his or her scheduled test appointment, the registration appointment will be forfeited and arrangements will be made to reschedule your testing and registration appointments.
