Student Fees and Payment

District 99 strives to keep mandatory and optional fees set to a reasonable level, and comparable to those charged at surrounding schools in our area. Student fees are approved annually by the District 99 Board of Education. (If you need financial assistance, please see information below. Financial Assistance

You must complete a Fee Waiver Application every school year in order to receive financial assistance, even if you qualified last school year. In addition, you MUST complete a form for every District 99 student in your family. 

You will find the current application by going to the “Registration” tab at the top right of the screen in Home Access Center. Click on “Update Enrollment” tab; then under “Available Forms,” select the Fee and Meal Waiver Application and click on “start” to the right:

In order for us to process your application, you must provide acceptable documentation in order to receive a fee and meal waiver so please have the following handy before you start the application:


•    A SNAP or TANF letter if applicable–for instructions on how to retrieve your documents: English Version | Spanish Version

OR

•    Personal 2022 IRS Form 1040 Tax Return (page 1) for all people in your household 
•    Proof of current income from all sources in your household (i.e., Child Support
•    Pension, Retirement, Social Security, Workers Compensation, Unemployment, etc.)
