Peer Tutoring

Peer tutoring is available in 3 week sessions for students who would like extra help from a fellow student. Request forms are located in the Math Resource Center and the Math Office.

To qualify to receive peer tutoring, a student must first visit the Math Resource two times and have it signed off on by the math resource teacher. Once request is received, students will be matched based on period requested, course and availability.

To qualify to become a peer tutor, a student must have completed an honors or advanced level course and have signed up with their math teacher. This is a great way for students to receive service hours for National Honors Society.

Tutorees and their Tutors sign-in to Math Resource each scheduled day and are encouraged to communicate directly with each other for schedule changes. It is both students responsibility to be respectful of the time and commitment of the tutoring program.
