North High School Open House - Thursday, August 29
We would like to welcome all Downers Grove North families to our All School Open House on Thursday, August 29. The purpose of the program is to give you an opportunity to visit North High, meet your student’s teachers and learn about the curriculum. Please bring a copy or take a picture on your phone of your student’s schedule. You can either ask your student for his/her schedule or go to Home Access Center. Below is information about the evening’s activities.
5:30 PM Grade Level Parent Presentations
Counselors will present information to parents relevant to their student’s grade level.
- Class of 2023 (Freshmen) Parent Presentation Auditorium
- Class of 2022 (Sophomores) Parent Presentation Room 136
- Class of 2021 (Juniors) Parent Presentation Rooms 138 & 142 (same presentation in both rooms)
- Class of 2020 (Seniors) Parent Presentation Rooms 200 & 208 (same presentation in both rooms)
6:30 PM Welcome
Join the North High Administration for a brief introduction and welcome in the Clarence Johnson Auditorium.
7:10 PM School Begins
Follow your student's schedule and meet the staff at North High School. Hear first-hand about each teacher's goals and expectations. Visit our cafeteria during lunch periods and meet our Administrative Staff or stop by to see the Deans and Counselors in their first floor offices.
