Mandatory Weekly Screenings for In-Person Learning, Activities, Athletics
Hello District 99 Parents/Guardians:
As a reminder, District 99 will begin mandatory, weekly saliva screenings starting February 16. Any student who is participating in in-person (hybrid) learning or activities/athletics on campus is required to participate.
Next week, in-person students will receive their personalized screening kit at school.
Parents/guardians must sign a consent form/waiver to allow their students to receive the kit, and to be screened and attend school, activities and/or athletics in person:
