Jim Kolodziej

Jim Kolodziej serves as director of physical plant and operations for District 99. In his role, he oversees all aspects of the indoor and outdoor facilities throughout the district, including North High, South High and the administrative services building. His mission is to provide a building infrastructure that is safe, cost-effective, and conducive to student learning.

Previously, Jim served as the director of building and grounds at North High, a position he held since 2005. Before joining District 99, Jim served in District 87 for nine years where he held building and operations positions at two of the high schools for the first seven years and the district office his final two years.

Jim resides in Oak Lawn and enjoys spending time with his family. He loves sports and stays active bicycling and walking.
