SENIOR YEARBOOK PHOTO UPDATE: Final opportunity for senior portraits
Tuesday, Oct. 13 from 3:30-8 p.m. at DGS No appointment necessary.
Class of 2021!
Prestige Portraits will be photographing senior portraits in D180, which is a conference room near the library at Downers Grove South High School, beginning August 31. Prestige Portraits will be scheduling photography appointments for each member of the Senior class that has not already been photographed.
Students will receive a senior portrait postcard in the mail during the month of August from Prestige Portraits. (Click here to view a sample of the postcard) Each senior will be given an appointment date and time. All seniors must be photographed by Prestige Portraits in order to be included in the DGS yearbook. You may confirm or reschedule your appointment with Prestige Portraits by visiting https://prestigeportraits.com/ and entering your unique appointment code. Appointments will take place between the hours of 3:30 PM and 9:00 PM on the dates listed below:
August 31
September 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, and 22
Safety Guidelines for Senior Portraits:
- Please take your temperature and self certify at home before arriving at school.
- Enter through Door 1 near the library wearing a mask.
- Check in with the receptionist outside of D180 for your appointment.

Am I required to pay for a session with multiple outfits? No. Seniors may choose to sit for a yearbook photo only. There is no cost for the yearbook only sitting. After the photography session, students will receive the option of purchasing their photograph.
