How to Purchase Tickets
Tickets for prom can be purchased on the Web Store using this link. Tickets will go on sale Wednesday, April 21 at 8:00 am. Each senior can purchase one individual ticket. Please note our ticket capacity is currently 400 students. This may change depending on State of Illinois safety guidelines.
Our goal is to provide a safe & memorable experience for the Class of 2021. In order to do this, 8 students will be seated at a table outdoors on the beautiful driving range beneath an elegant tent with a capacity for 40 people. If prom is moved indoors, these table assignments will be used inside. On May 3, students who have purchased their prom ticket will receive an email with a link to sign-up for a table using Sign-Up Genius.
As we’ve done in previous years, we’ll be capturing the evening in a video that will be offered to students as a complimentary prom favor. A link to the video will be shared with students approximately two weeks after the event. Click here to view our prom video from 2019.
If weather permits, we are planning for a brief fireworks show during our event.
Music and Entertainment
According to current safety guidelines, dance floors are not permitted at events throughout the state of Illinois. Despite this, we’ll be entertaining students throughout the evening with a DJ, professional band, multiple photo opportunities, and possibly fireworks.
Attire and Expectations:
Prom is a formal event, but please be sure to dress appropriately for the weather. Students are asked to wear flats or wedges as heels will sink into the driving range surface and damage it.
This special occasion is a formal atmosphere where good manners and polite behavior are expected. All school rules apply at prom, and school sanctions for any violation of those rules may be used, including exclusion from participation in the graduation ceremony.
Masks must be worn throughout the evening and only removed while eating at your table.
COVID Safety Guidelines In Case of Inclement Weather
In case of inclement weather, prom will be held indoors.
In order to do this under the current Phase 4 guidelines, students will be assigned to a prom time. This means that 200 students will attend between 5:00 and 7:30, and 200 students will attend between 8:30 and 11:00.
*Please note, as we assign shifts, students will be kept with their table crew of 8 and then assigned a space in the ballroom among their peers.
In between the shifts, Bolingbrook Golf Club will clean the ballrooms for the next group of students.
It’s important to keep in mind that the possibility of attending prom in waves will only happen if we stay in the current Phase 4 guidelines and don’t advance to the Bridge Phase, and inclement weather forces us inside.
*Please note, all Prom ticket sales are final. Unless a student is quarantined for being ill or for being a close contact to a positive case as confirmed by our school nurses, refunds will not be given.
