| Use
Rubistar to develop
assessment scoring guides (rubrics) for classroom projects.
For both beginners and those familiar with building rubrics, the
benefit of using this tool is that rubrics can be created quickly
at a fraction of the time. They can be saved (they get their
own Web address!) or printed. Template rubrics on various
topics are available (scroll down the main page to where it says
"oral projects," "products," and
"multimedia.") and can be easily modified by typing in
the rubric cells. Get started by using their template ideas
and modify!
Another advantage is that
assessment data as measured by the rubric can be analyzed using
their online assessment tool. Using this permits the
evaluation of classroom "assessment of learning"
data.
Rubrics must saved at the
Rubistar Website if assessment of data is desired.
Rubistar also offers a complete tutorial
page. |
