Domain 3: Social, ethical and human issues in technology-"Can students use technology ethically?".  Domain 3 is divided into three components:

Component 3a: Recognize that information derives from diverse sources, contexts, disciplines and cultures.

Component 3b: Practice ethical behavior in regard to information technology.

Component 3c: Understand how society has and continues to changes as a result of technological advances.
