Domain 2: Problem-solving, decision-making, and construction of new understanding using technology-"Can students use technology tools to problem-solve?".  Domain 2 is divided into three components:

Component 2a: Identify sources of potential information.

Component 2b:  Identify the problem, and collect, evaluate, extract, and cite relevant information.

Component 2c:  Synthesize and present information.
