CLASS
The Foreign Language Week Fanti expression spoken in Ghana is Chale (pronounced like the word chalet) meaning "what's up"? If you hear this phrase, please report the teacher's name that used the phrase to your World Language teacher. The teacher will then be entered into a contest to win a gift certificate. Celebrate Pi Day with the Math Department, this Friday! Wear your Pi shirt to school. There is also a Pi memorization contest in the Library this Friday morning at 7:15 am. See your Math teacher for further details. (McGinnis, 3/9-3/11)

Here's your Go Green Tip of the Week! According to the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the average shower can use up to 25 gallons of water. Cut that in half by taking a 5-minute power shower, which will only use 12.5 gallons of water. If you install a water efficient (low-flow) showerhead, you'll conserve even more. (Muisenga, 3/11-3/12)

COLLEGE & CAREER
There will be a "College Exploration Night" for juniors and their parents on Tuesday, March 16th, at 7:00 pm in the auditorium. Representatives from four different types of colleges will discuss their admission process, college life and more. (Ignash, 3/11, 3/15)
