The specially trained Care Team will support teachers, staff, counselors, deans, and students by:

  • Gathering student information,
  • Developing an action plan,
  • Implementing FIRST-LINE intervention
    strategies which may include mentoring.

APPROPRIATE CONTACTS
Candidates are those students who are experiencing difficulties or have undergone noticeable changes in one or more of the following areas:

  • ACADEMICS
  • ATTENDANCE
  • BEHAVIOR
  • HEALTH

Typically, these will be students who might otherwise slip through the cracks.

*Students receiving other support services may not qualify for this type of intervention.

Fill out a red alert form available in the Mail Room or on The Care Team Web Site. Just click any underlined RED ALERT on any page of this site. Deposit completed forms in the box marked CARE TEAM in the faculty mailroom or email the RED ALERT form on this site directly to Care Team. All emailed information is confidential.

As the person initiating the contact, you will receive appropriate followup information via email.
