"Itinerary of the Day"

 

7:15                 Student Council Hosts report to assignments.

 

7:30-8:30         Social Studies teachers arrive and prepare for the events of the day.

 

7:30-8:20         Sign-in for Veterans at faculty cafeteria. Breakfast

 

8:20-8:36         Veterans move to gymnasium.

 

8:55-9:50         Assembly - Honoring All Who Served

Purple Gym

Row 1 - Veterans.

Row 2— Veterans and Student Council Host/Hotess. Last row - Community, family guest seating.

*Vets and guests will remain in gym until halls are cleared. *Vets will be moved to Social Studies Office - Room 249.

 

9:59-10:30       Vets Social - Room 249 (Social Studies Office)

 

10:30-10:35     Move veterans to assigned classrooms.

 

10:40-11:16     Session 1 (Period 3)

 

11:21-12:10     Session 2 (Period 4)

 

12:15-1:04       Session 3 (Period 5)

 

1:04-1:15         Veterans escorted out of building to their cars/transportation.
