Omega, Blueprint Win Awards in Illinois Journalism Contest

The Downers Grove North High School Omega Newspaper and Downers Grove South High School Blueprint Newspaper won several awards in the Illinois Journalism Education Association’s (IJEA) Newspaper and Digital News Media Contest, each competing in their own division.

Blueprint won 1st places in Overall Publication and Best Hybrid Paper in their division. The Omega took 2nd places in Overall Publication, Hybrid publication, and Overall Design and an honorable mention for Best Website in their division.
