Community School District 99 invites all to attend the Dedications of the Memorial Peace Gardens created to honor the former alumni of North and South High Schools who lost their lives while giving the ultimate sacrifice to our Country, and to promote our commitment to educating future generations on finding peaceful solutions.
The Dedication for Downers Grove South will take place at the West Entrance during 3rd period at 9:55 a.m.
The Dedication for Downers Grove North will take place at Forest St. Circle during 7th period at 1:35 p.m.
The Ceremonies will be held outside and will include large student attendance. Seating is limited for the forty-five minute ceremonies and will be reserved for Speakers, their immediate families, and those with health issues. Everyone else is welcome to stand.
