• Backup GroupWise WebAccess

Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble accessing the web version of GroupWise, try the following remedies:

Update Bookmarks & Favorites

The address for GroupWise WebAccess changed. If you have the old address stored as a Bookmark or a Favorite, erase the Bookmark or Favorite and create a new one.

Notes for AOL subscribers

Due to numerous incompatibilities, the AOL browser does not properly support Novell GroupWise.  Novell and AOL are aware of the problem, but currently no solution has been reached.

Solution:

• Connect to the Internet thru AOL
• Minimize all AOL windows
• Start a new Internet Explorer or Firefox window
• Browse to the District 99 homepage & click the GroupWise button

GroupWise password

Your GroupWise password is not necessarily the same as your NetWare password. If you have forgotten your GroupWise password, contact Desktop Support at your campus to have it reset. You can then set your own GroupWise password from within GroupWise at Tools > Options > Security > Password.

Your GroupWise password is case sensitive.
