Chartwells Serves New Menu Items Through Student Choice Jan. 22-25

Students: Vote for your favorite new menu item on Jan. 25!

The winner of Student Choice was Made to Melt! Beginning Feb. 11, the new menu selection will be featured for a limited time.

Chartwells, District 99’s food service provider, is serving District 99 students new menu items through new program called Student Choice, Food Your Way.

Throughout the week, students will be served samples of the new menu items. On Friday, Jan. 25, students will vote on which of those items should appear on their future menu. The winning menu item will be featured at a new Student Choice station.

Here are the themes of the new menu items at South High:

Jan. 22: Made to Melt (cheese theme)

Jan. 23: Flame (hamburger theme)

Jan. 24: Roost (chicken theme)

Jan. 25: Students Vote

New, on-trend station concepts provide more variety, while voting technology allows for better student interaction – all resulting in an enhanced student dining experience.

The District and Chartwells continue to work together to meet regulatory guidelines as well as expectations in providing quality, nutritious meals that students will enjoy. For more information on the Chartwells Student Choice program, click here.
