DGS 2018-19 Schedule Pick Up Day

All Students

Tuesday, August 7, 2018
9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.

All families should enter the building through the West Events Entrance located near the main parking lot and by our Mustang Statue. To complete the schedule pick up process, you must attend the scheduled day listed above. (Not returning to DGS? Call the Registrar at 630-795-8500 as soon as possible!)

SCHEDULE PICK-UP DAY PROCESS

Please read the following carefully!  Families will “check in” with a DGS staff member at the West Events Entrance using their student’s first and last name or ID#.

Based on your “check in” two outcomes are possible:

1. “OK” in all boxes  = no registration issues to address

Proceed to Student Cafeteria - Pick up your schedule packet which includes: schedule, Handbook, ID, Bus Information, Student Lunch Information (www.myschoolbucks.com), picture day order forms. FRESHMEN and TRANSFER STUDENTS ONLY: Go to the Chromebook pick up area.

Pick up optional items in the Cafetorium: Mustang Wear, Senior Yearbook, Student ID photos

2. “OK” missing in one or more boxes = outstanding registration issues

You will be given a document detailing any issues or concerns that need to be addressed before you receive your student’s packet, Chromebook, class schedule, and other important items. Outstanding registration issues can be addressed in the following locations:

  1. InfoSnap Online Registration – Small Gym
  2. Payment of Fees ⇒ Library
  3. Physicals/Immunization Issues ⇒ Nurse’s Office A106
  4. Fee Waiver Applications: English / Spanish ⇒ Library
  5. Residency ⇒ Library
  6. Bookstore Fines ⇒ Student Cafeteria
  7. Library Fines ⇒ Library

Until all registration issues are addressed, you will not be able to pick up your packet, Chromebook, and other important items!
