PRESENTERS
College of DuPage
Presenter:  Stephanie Loconsole, College of Dupage
Learn about College of DuPage’s academic programs (including 2+2, 3+1, and Pathways to Engineering with University of Illinois).  DGN’s Admissions Representative, Stephanie Loconsole will discuss application procedures, financial aid, scholarships, transferring to four year institutions, student life, and athletics.

Ready, Set, Go: College Planning for the Class of 2020   
Presenters:  Sherri Devore-Benitez  & Mark Wasik, Counselors, DGN
Is this your first child going to college?  Or, has it been a while since last going through the process?  If so, this session is for you.  You will become familiar with the landscape of the college search process.  A question and answer opportunity will be available, time permitting.

The Financial Aid Process
Presenter:  Jerry Cebrzynski, Lake Forest College
Learn about the financial aid process from start to finish.  Jerry Cebrzynski,  Associate Vice-President for Financial Aid from Lake Forest College, will discuss what financial aid is, how to apply, and how to interpret the award letters.  He will also discuss scholarships that come from the institutions as well as other sources.

The Highly Selective Admission Process 
Presenter:  Brandon McCallister, University of Chicago
Brandon McCallister, University of Chicago’s Admissions Counselor will walk participants through the holistic admissions process at highly selective institutions and how the different portions of the application are reviewed.

Value Schools
Presenter:  Greg Stolzer, Counselor, DGN
Looking for a college education at a reasonable price?  Come learn more about specific colleges that could be attractive options for families concerned about managing college costs.  Mr. Stolzer will discuss in-state schools, tuition discounts offered to Illinois students though the Midwest Student Exchange Program, as well as schools outside of Illinois that offer scholarships to a wide range of students.
