District 99 Education Foundation

Support D99 Students through the Education Foundation!

The District 99 Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, provides independent financial assistance for District 99 students and staff in support of innovative curriculum and technologies that fall outside of traditional public funding. Donations are eligible to receive a tax-deduction.

Since 1994, the District 99 Education Foundation has invested more than $300,000 in enhancement programs for students and teachers at North High School and South High School in Downers Grove, Illinois. During the 2018-19 school year, the District 99 Education Foundation gifted more than $20,000 in support of educational programs to benefit students at both schools.

Extracurricular Angel Fund - New this year!
At District 99, there are 1100+ students whose families are considered low-income. To improve access to extracurricular activities not covered by fee waivers (such as off-site leadership retreats, end-of-year activities for seniors, and dance tickets--each of which can cost an average of $100 or more) and enhance the educational experience for those less fortunate, we are launching an “Extracurricular Angel Fund.”
